When I say- right environment, what I mean is not only in terms of the physical space we live in and surround ourselves with- it's also about the people we choose/ don't sometimes to spend our time with-This includes our family, coworkers, and managers at work, and how they treat us when it comes to our physical condition.
There are two kinds of people in this world- people who take and people who give.
Takers are often people who gossip, lie, complain, and critcise.
Givers are the ones who smile, tell jokes, compliment, and spread joy- mainly positive people who we like to be around.
The difference between the two kinds is that one positive, and one isn't.
One fills the people around him with energy and good vibes; the other sucks it out.
Now, through my healing journey and experience, I’ve come to realize that givers are the ones I need on this path.
Givers are the individuals who support us through hard times, crises, and just in general/daily.
These kinds of people don’t judge your habits and won't interfere with and question every choice you make and every action you take around them.
They will even help you sometimes, so it feels almost too easy to heal naturally- they help me with shopping, pick-ups for my supplement orders, and they'll also make special dishes adjusted to my diet, so I can eat at family dinners, without sacrificing my well- being.
A healing journey, such as the one I’m going through myself, can be hard enough without negativity; negative people can make you doubt yourself, make you feel bad about yourself, just because you're making efforts to feel better and it happens to impact their schedule. They can have a significant impact on your overall well-being in the long term and trigger you to self-sabotage in the short term.
